What the rule allows
A Scribe records witnessed Beyonder abilities for later use. Capacity, recording success and reproduced strength depend on the ability’s level.
Where it stops
High-level abilities are harder to record and occupy a more restricted allowance. A recording is not an unlimited permanent addition to the user’s own pathway.
Design the response
Show the slots and remaining uses before departure, then mark each use on the page. An opponent can make the traveler spend a useful option early. The missing ability should have been a visible preparation choice.
Your next design decision
A disaster archivist carries three recorded miracles, each usable once. Before a siege she lays out two fire shields and one bridge-building rite; she replaced the ordered third shield with the bridge. When a wall collapses, two teams need cover and civilians are trapped across the gap. Using the bridge can rescue them, but it cannot replace a shield later, and she must explain her preparation choice to the commander.
