Your shelf

Bookmarks require an account and are saved in our database for access across devices. Signing out hides your account shelf on this device. Removing a bookmark removes it from your account. We do not save guest bookmarks in browser storage.

Payments

One-time request pack payments are processed by Waffo. When checkout is requested, Waffo receives an account identifier, email address and checkout reference. Payment details are entered on Waffo’s hosted checkout; we do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. We retain order and payment identifiers, purchase amounts, refund status and request balances to reconcile purchases. Waffo processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Refund requests are reviewed through our support email. We use the account and order details you provide to verify the purchase and process approved refunds and balance adjustments through Waffo. See our refund policy for details.

Creative inputs

When you choose Generate or Develop, your brief, selected direction and revision request are sent through our server to the configured AI provider through Dragon3 (newapi.dragon3api.com). Dragon3 and the model provider process these requests under their own terms and privacy policies. We request that API responses are not stored, but this is not a guarantee about the provider’s own logging or retention. Optional challenge notes still stay in your browser.

Research and references

Web research is not currently enabled. The AI can use selected references from the site, but new historical or scientific details are not verified through web search. The AI provider receives your brief when you generate, including when web research is off.

Drafts and saved projects

Unsubmitted inputs stay in page memory. Choosing sign-in keeps a recovery copy in this tab’s session storage; it is bound to the signed-in account and cleared on sign-out. Each completed generation is automatically saved with its brief to your personal account, including each AI revision. Applying a manual edit also saves that draft. You can revisit, edit or delete drafts in My shelf under Generation history. Bookmarks are separate account records.

Accounts and purchases

Accounts and saved projects are hosted in our Supabase installation. Email and password registration signs you in immediately without an email confirmation step. Purchase receipts and remaining requests are linked to your account; full payment card details stay with Waffo and its payment providers. Email changes and password recovery are not currently available.

Google sign-in and connected accounts

When you choose Google sign-in or connect Google to your existing account, Google provides your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture. We use this information to create or identify your CueShelf account, authenticate you and display your account profile. An existing password account connects Google only after you sign in to that account and choose the Google account to link.

Our Google authorization requests only basic email and profile access. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars. Google profile data is not added to AI prompts or used for advertising. Google account data is processed by our hosted authentication and database services for these account functions.

Google identity and profile records remain associated with your account while that connection is active. You can disconnect Google in Account → Security when another supported sign-in method remains, or revoke access in your Google account's third-party connections settings. Disconnecting or revoking Google access does not delete your CueShelf account, saved writing or bookmarks. Basic profile details already copied to your CueShelf account can remain until updated or deleted.

Retention and deletion requests

Saved drafts and bookmarks remain in your account until you delete them or request deletion of your account. To request deletion of your account, linked Google information and associated saved data, contact the email address below. We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request. Self-service account deletion is not currently available. Encrypted operational backups rotate on a rolling 14-day schedule, so removed data can remain in backup copies until those copies expire.

Usage limits

Generation requires a registered account. Every account receives one successful AI request per day, with purchased requests used after that daily allowance. Purchased balances and receipts are retained separately from short-term usage records so unused requests do not expire. Our server uses keyed hashes of account and network identifiers, not raw IP addresses. Usage records include your account ID, plan, outcome, model, token counts and duration, without your brief or generated text. Records older than 90 days and aggregate counters older than seven days are removed during subsequent use. Only successful generations consume your allowance; failed or clarification-only requests still count toward abuse and capacity controls. Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC.

Site operation

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and processes ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request metadata. We use operational logs and aggregate traffic and security information to maintain the service. CueShelf has no advertising or third-party tracking pixels. Source links lead to external sites with their own policies. Fonts are served by the application after the build.
